Free Flags & Countries Colouring Books
Our flag colouring pages for kids are free printable PDFs for ages 2–4, from a big book of world flags to small books about a single country. Flags are made of big, bold blocks of colour, which makes them a natural first colouring subject for little hands.
Colouring a flag is also an easy way to start talking about other places: where Grandma lives, where a favourite food comes from, or which flag you saw at a match. Small colour dots on many pages show which colour goes where, so even a child who can't read yet can follow along with a little help.
The books:
- Flags of the World: 21 flags to colour, from France and Japan to Nigeria and Bangladesh, each with colour dots and the country name to trace, plus a "Match the Flags" page.
- My Country: USA: 4 pages to color and trace the Stars and Stripes, trace USA and draw yourself waving the flag.
- My Country: United Kingdom: 4 pages to colour and trace the Union Jack, trace UK and draw yourself waving the flag.
Every book shows "Age 2–4" on the cover and ends with a "Super Star Learner!" certificate. Print the A4 PDF (or US Letter in the US and Canada) at 100% scale; colour printing helps with the small reference flags.
Tip: do one flag a day, say the colours aloud and praise the effort, not perfect edges.

Questions parents ask
Are India, the USA and the UK in Flags of the World?
No. The USA and the UK have their own My Country books, and India's flag is in I Love My India on our India page.
Can my child colour the flags without reading?
Yes. Read the colour dots aloud, and your child does the colouring.
