This Union Jack colouring page book, titled "United Kingdom" on the cover, has 4 activity pages about the UK flag. It uses UK spelling ("Colour the flag!"), and your child colours, traces and finally draws themselves waving the flag.
What's inside: page one is a Union Jack outline with colour dots for white, red and blue, a small "This is the real flag" picture and a box to draw yourself. Next is "Trace the dashes, then colour the flag!". Then your child traces the letters UK, with "United Kingdom" underneath. The last activity page is a whole page to draw yourself waving the flag. The book ends with a "Super Star Learner!" certificate.
Age: the cover says Age 2–4. The Union Jack has many thin parts, so a young child may colour just the big red cross and that is fine.
How to print: choose the A4 PDF (or US Letter in the US and Canada), print at 100% scale, in colour or black and white.
Tips for parents:
- Point out the crosses and say the three colours together.
- One page per sitting is plenty. Praise the effort, not perfect edges.
