These Arabic alphabet tracing worksheets put all 28 letters, from ا to ي, in one free PDF: 28 activity pages, one letter per page. Your child traces a big dashed letter, looks at a picture with its Arabic word, then traces the letter in rows and writes it in boxes.
What's inside: the 28 letters in the standard school alphabetical order: ا ب ت ث ج ح خ د ذ ر ز س ش ص ض ط ظ ع غ ف ق ك ل م ن ه و ي. Each big letter is shown in its standalone form, without vowel marks. The picture words are everyday things, printed with tashkeel so you can read them aloud: أَرْنَب (rabbit), بَطَّة (duck), جَمَل (camel), شَمْس (sun), فِيل (elephant), يَد (hand) and more. Pages are mirrored for Arabic: the big letter sits on the right, the picture and word on the left. Headers and the instruction line are in English. The book ends with a certificate.
Age: the cover says Age 2–4.
How to print: choose the A4 PDF (or US Letter in the US and Canada), print at 100% scale ("actual size"), in colour or black and white.
Tips for parents:
- Say the letter and its word together: "ب، بَطَّة".
- One or two letters a day is plenty. Praise the trying, not neatness.
It sits with our other alphabet books. For English letters, try A to Z Letters; for right-to-left Urdu letters, see Urdu Qaida. App guide: Little Messages. Get the Chunnu Ji app on Google Play.
