Free to download and print for personal, home and classroom use. Not for resale or redistribution.

This apple tracing worksheet book has 14 activity pages, each with one big smiling apple drawn in dotted or dashed lines. Your child traces the stem, the leaf, the eyes and the smile, then colours the whole apple in.

What's inside: the apples change a little from page to page. Some are drawn with small dots, some with bigger dots and some with dashes, and the faces vary too, so the same friendly fruit stays fresh. Every page says "Trace the dotted lines, then colour!" and has Name and Date lines. The book ends with a "Super Star Learner!" certificate to fill in with your child's name.

Age: the cover says Age 2–4. Younger toddlers can trace with a finger or a chunky crayon first, then try a pencil later.

How to print: choose the A4 PDF (or US Letter in the US and Canada), print at 100% scale ("actual size"), and use colour or black and white. The lines print clearly either way. One page a day is plenty.

Questions parents ask

Is this apple tracing worksheet really free?

Yes. Download the PDF and print it at home or for your class. No sign-up is needed.

What age is it for?

The cover says Age 2–4, so it suits toddlers, playgroup and nursery or preschool children.

Does the book teach the letter A?

No. "A for Apple" is only the title. The pages are apple pictures to trace and colour, not letter tracing.

Can I print it in black and white?

Yes. The dotted lines are dark and clear in black and white, and your child adds the colour.
